BIOGRAPHY

With career spanning five decades, Jado has solidified himself as one of pro wrestling’s foremost tag team partners. After debuting in 1989 he found success earning titles across multiple promotions all over the world, usually with his partner and ‘brother’ Gedo. Jado and Gedo finally arrived to NJPW in 2001, brought in to join Masahiro Chono’s Team2000 faction.

The ‘World Class Tag Team’ racked up four IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship reigns between 2001 and 2007, cementing their position as one of the greatest teams of all time. Jado and Gedo would be key members of various factions, including CTU and GBH before landing in CHAOS.

When partner Gedo aligned himself with Jay White and the two jumped to BULLET CLUB however, Jado would become known as the group’s ‘Master Heater’, irritating opponents and fans alike with his air horn, and swaying matches with the use of a kendo stick from ringside. Jado would also be a key mentor for Guerillas of Destiny, teaching the pair the legendary Super Powerbomb that had seen him and Gedo to success so many times.

Jado’s bonds with G.o.D were tight, and ‘Massive Heater’ remained loyal to the brothers even as they were apparently ousted from BULLET CLUB. That meant Jado was expelled from the fold as well, Gedo blasting his ‘bro’ with a set of brass knux in Hyogo on March 13 2022.
