BIOGRAPHY

Hikuleo is the son of legendary professional wrestler King Haku, and the younger brother of Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, making him joining the Guerrillas of Destiny in BULLET CLUB in 2018 a natural direction.

When Jay White and BULLET CLUB expelled Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa and Jado from the group in the spring of 2022, Hikuleo was given a choice between siding with Jay and the club, or with his brothers. After a singles match with the Switchblade, Hikuleo accepted the invitation to remain with BULLET CLUB. Yet friction would grow, and when his loyalty was tested at Burning Spirit in Kobe September 25, Hikuleo sided with Tama Tonga, joining his brother in the Guerrillas of Destiny and Hontai.

White vowed revenge however, and challenged Hikuleo to a Loser Leaves Japan match in Osaka on February 11, 2023, a match Hikuleo would win. Keeping momentum going string, Hikuleo captured his first singles title at Dontaku in the form of the STRONG Openweight title, but after losing that gold the same month, sought to bounce back during G1 Climax 33. In October 2023 at Ryogoku, Hikuleo teamed up with El Phantasmo and beat Alex Coughlin and Gabe Kidd to capture the STRONG Openweight Tag Team Championships. Hikuleo and Phantasmo came close to win the World Tag League 2023. Although Hikuleo & Phantasmo lost to Bishamon in the final, Bishamon declared a challenge to the Strong tag golds, leading to the dual tag title match at Wrestle Kingdom 18.
