BULLET CLUB Make IMPACT as G.o.D Call Out Good Brothers 【NJoA】

Jay White, Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa wipe out Jake Something

This week’s IMAPCT saw Chris Bey representing BULLET CLUB in action when he took on Jake Something, but the club’s involvement was not limited to the Ultimate Finesser, nor to the match itself.

Bey started the match fast, exploding out of the blocks with a dropkick and bringing a fast pace to the larger Something, who responded with a big back body drop. The battle of speed and power continued as Something caught a quebrada to the floor to drop Bey on the apron, only for the Finesser to send his opponent charging into the ring post in return.

A con giro followed as Bey kept up the pressure on Something, but he couldn’t create a pinning opportunity until an innovative neckbreaker counter to another back body drop scored two. A thrust kick followed for Bey, who kept Something grounded with a head scissors and then a choke with hooks buried deep. Something would drop Bey hard to the mat, but the Finesser kept the hold on until a huge backdrop suplex got oxygen to Something and drove the wind from Bey.

Going back to his speed, Bey got a two count from a jackknife, and then went for a tijeras but was caught into a sitout powerbomb for two. Bey was just as effective a counterpuncher, stopping a corner spear with a pair of double stomps, but he couldn’t connect with the Art of the Finesse. A corner spear scored for Something, but Bey would find a poison rana for two, only for a dive to be caught into a Black Hole Slam for three.

As Something celebrated his victory though, he would be jumped by Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa. Something’s ally Speedball Mike Bailey would try to make the save, but was followed out by Jay White, who landed a snap sleeper suplex , while G.o.D addressed the camera, saying that there was no more running or hiding as they vowed to take the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships.

After both teams went nose to nose back at Resurgence, will the Good Brothers and the Guerrillas of Destiny finally go toe to toe in the near future? And what does Jay White have in store for IMPACT? Find out next week at 8/7c on AXS, before classic NJPW airs at 10e!
