KENTA the STRONGest Survivor 【NJoA】

KENTA STRONG number one contender

Watch this week’s episode now!

The first ever STRONG Survivor Match this week saw KENTA emerge victorious, and with the number one contendership to the STRONG Openweight Championship at Battle in the Valley. The year’s first main event started with a chaotic battle royal, eliminations taking place over the top rope until four remained. JR Kratos was on an elimination tear before being dumped out with a team effort from remaining members, and it would be Blake Christian, Christopher Daniels, Wheeler Yuta and KENTA remaining.

Things were no less chaotic in the four way environment, but veterans Christopher Daniels and KENTA formed a loose alliance until Blake Christian innovated offense on both men. Daniels kept his cool with a rollup and feet on the ropes to eliminate Christian though, and it would be Yuta taking on double team offence before Daniels turned on KENTA to boot.

Yuta would build momentum with a tope suicida on KENTA, and a German suplex on Daniels to put the Fallen Angel out. Yuta nearly rolled up KENTA to earn the number one contendership, but would be met with a Busaiku Knee, and then the Go2Sleep.

The week started with Hikuleo and Alan Angels taking on Jay White and El Phantasmo. After a lengthy stall from the BULLET CLUB side, neither of whom wanting to tangle with Hikuleo until it was on their terms, it was Alan Angels that started with a high pace, and Hikuleo that continued with considerable power. After a tag back in, Angels struggled under BULLET CLUB control, but an Asai DDT brought Hikuleo in with a good deal of pent up aggression. Back in, Angels flew to both ELP and White, but a quebrada was met with a mid air superkick
