Yota Tsuji and Yuya Uemura held a special autograph signing session at New Japan’s Tokon Shop on Saturday, August 24. 

Fans flocked from all over to Suidobashi in Tokyo for the event; visitors from as far afield as England were in attendance to shake hands and receive autographs from the two promising Young Lions. 

Young fans the same age as Tsuji and Uemura were grateful for the Young Lions’ energy, one commenting ‘the big voices and energy they bring in the ring motivates me day to day, so I hope they’ll continue giving it their all’. Every attendee was greeted with smiles and warmth (even at some slightly inappropriate requests for Tsuji and Uemura to show off their muscles!), and the event was a huge success.

Afterward, Tsuji commented ‘I’m really happy to see so many people supporting us here. A lot of people commented that they want to see me crush the LA Dojo boys, so I’ll be giving it my all to do that.’

Uemura stated ‘to hear the fan’s support so up close and personal really gives me a lot of strength. I’d absolutely love to do this again whenever the opportunity comes up’.
