* Each session will last about one hour.
We are scheduled to finish at 20:00, if there is a high demand for a particular wrestler, the finishing time may be extended.

<Regarding merchandise purchasing>
* We do not accept exchanges or returns except in the case of defective products, please make sure that clothes are the correct size before purchasing
* T-shirt size samples are available, so please check them if you are unsure of your size.
<Regarding meet & greets>
* Please purchase an item of merchandise from the wrestler of your choice in order to attend their meet & greet.
* Once you purchase an item, you will be given a ticket to the wrestler’s meet & greet.
* Autographs can only be received on items purchased on the day.
(Autographs on specialized paper, photographs, match programs, personal items etc. are not allowed)
* Dates, names or personal messages cannot be written in the autograph. Photographs are not permitted.
* Time and merchandise stock are limited.
* Due to unforeseen circumstances it may be possible that a wrestler’s meet & greet is cancelled.
* For detailed information on the meet & greet session, please check online and with staff at the venue.
* If you are unsure about where to line-up, please ask staff for more information. Only those in the official queue will be permitted entry.
<Meet & Greet tickets>
* In order to allow as many people as possible to participate in the meet & greet, a maximum of two tickets per person for each meet & greet session is allowed.
* Even if you purchase three or more eligible products for one wrestler, you will receive only two participation tickets.
* Only one person per ticket can participate in the autograph session. Bring the purchased item and the entrance ticket and line up in the designated queue. The staff will collect the entrance ticket at the autograph booth. In order to participate in the autograph session, it is necessary to present both the purchased item and entrance ticket.
* Customers who do not have either the entrance ticket or purchased item will not be allowed to participate. An exception will be made for children of preschool-age and younger and for those who require assistance.
* Entrance tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Please be careful not to lose them.
* The number of numbered tickets is limited. Entry permitted while stocks last.
*If you have tickets to multiple overlapping sessions, you will be given queueing priority. Please speak to the staff.
