Debuting in CMLL in 1997, Volador Junior made his first appearance in NJPW at Fantasticamania 2012. ‘The Skywalker’ would become a mainstay of NJPW’s annual lucha festival ever since. In 2016 he had an impressive Best of the Super Juniors campaign, alive until the last day of league action before being beaten by eventual tournament winner Will Ospreay. 

While Volador is mainly focused on his native Mexico, he can rise up to the forefront of the NJPW junior heavyweight division at any time.
