BIOGRAPHY

DOUKI entered Best of the Super Juniors 26 as an almost complete unknown, but quickly gained everybody’s attention. Introduced by Taichi as a stand-in for the injured El Desperado, it was revealed that DOUKI had wrestled on the independent circuit in Mexico for a decade, having moved himself to the country on his own at age 18. DOUKI despised the establishment of New Japan, hating the fact that its trainees have a roof over their heads in the NJPW Dojo and world class training while he toiled for every meal on the Mexican circuit.

The embittered DOUKI would vow to turn the world of New Japan upside down, and in 2020, would back up his attitude with more results, improving on his 2019 single win in Best of the Super Jr. with two in BoSJ 27. DOUKI would become feared by opponents for his mastery of the Mexican llave style of submission wrestling, and with more and more experience in Japanese rings, is becoming an all-round competitor that can defeat anybody on the roster.
