Yuto Nakashima entered NJPW via the Fale dojo in New Zealand in June 2019.

Nakashima after trying out for the Noge Dojo four times he finally passed the test in June 2020 and debuted on February 14 2021, only to sustain a left elbow injury within a few seconds. After being out of action for 8 months, Nakashima returned to the NJPW ring on October 31 2021, and has continued to work hard, most recently alongside another NZ Dojo alum and ‘frienemy’ Oskar Leube.
