NOTICE

Please be sure to wear a mask when you come to the event. Please cover your mouth and nose and wear it properly.

Cheering is allowed at this event. For prolonged chanting/singing, purchase a ticket for the specific section. 

・Only the above ticket tiers will be made available from the international sale site. 

⇒Card is subject to change due to injury or circumstances beyond the promoter’s control.

・Tickets are required for all fans of elementary school age and above. Younger children can view the event accompanied by a parent or guardian and sit on their lap (one child per adult).

・Tickets are only on sale while stocks last. However, even if the initial allotment of tickets is sold out, more tickets may be made available without prior notice.

⇒Sales will end if all allocated tickets are sold. Even after a sellout, we reserve the right to restart sales at no notice if more tickets are allocated.

・Tickets can be picked up from the dedicated ticket window at the venue on the day of the event. Please bring personal identification with you.

⇒Receive your tickets from the ticket window on the day of the event. Personal Identification is required to receive your tickets.

・The personal ID presented at the ticket window must match the name of the ticket purchaser. If the names differ, you will not be granted your ticket. Re-sale is prohibited.

・Please thoroughly check the details on the ticket site before applying for your tickets.

■No re-entry will be allowed.
■ If you fall under any of the following within one week before the event, you will not be allowed to enter.
・ Fever above normal (37.5°C or higher) / Cold symptoms such as cough, sore throat, etc. / Sluggishness (fatigue), breathlessness (difficulty breathing) / Abnormality of sense of smell or taste / Feeling heavy, tired easily, etc. / Close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 / Family members living together or close acquaintances who are suspected to be infected /
■It may take longer than usual to enter due to measures against COVID-19 such as temperature check. Please arrive with plenty of time as crowds are expected to gather just before the start time.
■After the event, there will be a regulated exit from the venue. Please wait at your seats until the announcement is made and follow the instructions of the staff.
■Please cooperate with hand disinfection when entering.
■For visitor information management, please be sure to watch the game in the seat indicated on the ticket.
■Alcoholic beverages, bottles and cans, and dangerous items cannot be brought into the venue.
■Please refrain from excessive drinking.
■Please eat and drink in the seating area, and please be considerate of the people around you. Please wear a mask while conversing.
■When entering or exiting the venue, or when waiting in a shop or restroom, please keep your distance from other customers when lining up. Entry may be restricted temporarily.
■Please refrain from interacting with other customers, such as talking at close range or taking group photos, and keep contact to a minimum.
■Please cooperate with the measures to prevent infection, such as keeping a distance between people, wearing a mask, and hand hygiene such as washing your hands.
■Please refrain from staying near the venue before or after the event. In addition, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, please refrain from interacting with other customers for a long time, such as talking at close range or taking group photos.
■We ask for your cooperation in following the measures and instructions for preventing infection and acting with an awareness of infection prevention. You may be asked to leave the venue if you are deemed to be a hindrance to safety.
■There is no smoking area in the venue.
■Video recording is prohibited in the venue.

Please note that the capacity and operational rules may be subject to change in the future, depending on changes in the various guidelines announced by the government and local authorities, as well as the infection situation.
