G.o.D With VBD as BULLET CLUB war hits IMPACT 【NJoA】

BULLET CLUB strife continues on IMPACT

This week’s edition of IMPACT on AXS TV was highlighted by the ongoing issues between the Guerrillas of Destiny and Jay White’s vision for BULLET CLUB after No Surrender saw the Switchblade turn his back on Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, re-enlisting the Good Brothers to the cause. As confusion reigned on IMPACT, a fragile temporary alliance was formed between G.o.D and Eric Young’s Violent By Design, leading to an eight man bout, Tama, Loa, Joe Doering and Cody Deaner facing White, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows and Chris Bey.

With G.o.D rushing to the ring to target Jay White, the match quickly devolved into a wild brawl before it even began. Security forces tried in vain to restore order before the match was thrown out, and restarted as a no DQ match. As Loa took out Gallows with a steel chair, Tonga met Anderson with a lariat as Doering clobbered White with a shoulder tackle center ring, only to be met with a trash can lid.

Mayhem erupting outside the ring, Deaner was left within, looking to take down Bey with a can wedged in the corner. The Finesser caught Deaner and stuffed him in the can before following with a double stomp, but a plancha attempt to Doering was ambitious at best, the big man slamming Bey on the apron. The ‘grizzly bear’ went on to power Jay White through another can at ringside, but the Switchblade was able to evade a Deaner flying headbutt as the match wore on.

With the match breaking down still further, Doering broke up a Bladerunner attempt, only to be met by Gallows, who was taken down by G.o.D, Loa avoiding Bey’s Art of the Finesse and landing a spear. The former 7 time IWGP champions wanted Jay White though, and Gallows and Anderson ensured they couldn’t get to him. The Good Brothers and G.o.D brawled to the back, but that left White in the clutches of Joe Doering.

Doering’s power and Deaner’s headbutt almost won them the match, but Bey would make the save for Jay. As Good Brothers and G.o.D continued to brawl backstage, Doering would pull the ‘forbidden door’ from under the ring, and almost powerbombed the Finesser through it. Bey escaped, and White prevented a Deaner steel chair assault, just as Anderson delivered a crushing shot to the back of Loa backstage. The Switchblade struck Deaner with a a Bladerunner on the chair to win the match in the ring, but in the back, Good Brothers were forced to turn tail as G.o.D took control of the outside melee.

Jay White wrestles Alex Shelley in singles action this weekend at IMPACT’s Sacrifice. Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa are both in New Japan Cup action, with byes to the second round.
