‘One more in the books. Any questions? Anything you want to know? However you say it, it's the truth. But Yuji Nagata… lately, the guys getting up there in years have had a lot to think about. When to retire, when to throw in the towel.. Being in a place like tonight, with a sold out crowd watching on, however old you get and whatever questions you have, this is the sun that shines through those doubts. But is that kind of attitude enough?

I’ll pay these guys, people who've been around far longer than me, the highest of compliments, but I'm the kind that will never die, no matter how hard you step on me. That said, first time out there tonight, when they started chanting “Nagata, Nagata”? That made me take a step back. That made me go “that's Nagata, that's awesome”. That's what he deserves. He carried this place on his shoulders so long. And he doesn't need to retire. He needs to stand opposite guys like me when they talk shit about them.

But today was another match, another important match in the league. And I wasn't going to back down. Two losses, three wins. And I'm gonna make it four, five, more.
