‘Hey, Tanahashi! You were a marionette who was manipulated by the company, Taguchi and Nakanishi. I cut those slings for you. Are you now relieved? You should thank me and rest in peace. Rest in peace. This is Evil. Everything is evil.’

Bushi:
‘Taguchi Japan! You must be disappointed. (holding up the championship belt) As you see, the belts are now in our hands. I will redeem myself in the next singles match for the loss I suffered to Taguchi in the previous match. If you are still in it, come back for a rematch with select members. Come and get this belt! Well, nobody is really interested in it but there have been no champions who defended these belts for more than once. We will be the ones to defend this title for the most times. Come and face us. Anyone. Seriously.'

Taguchi:
‘Guys fought well. They put 69% of their power. It was a 6-9 match… probably. 6-9, we had a momentum. At the end, they were able to cash in the only opportunity. Tanahashi was driving really nicely and we were using the vertical space.'

Tanahashi: (coming late to the interview)
‘I want to get to the bottom line but we are not breaking up, are we?’

Taguchi:
‘There is no breakup. If there is anything, it could be a dismissal of the manager. The manager could be dismissed but as long as the Team Taguchi remains its presence, there could be some switching of members, but I have been able to convey my thoughts. I think we could get another title run by brushing up what we have.’

Tanahashi:
‘I would like to face against Los Ingobernables once again with the current members.’

Taguchi:
‘Tanahashi and Nakanishi are the first candidates (of the squad). We have been teaming up with Dragon Lee and Michael Elgin in this series and we have been learning a lot of good stuff from them. We now have an excellent chemistry. (It is disappointing that) we lost the match in their only opportunity at the end. It is our specialty to be an opportunist. Still, we didn’t really show "that" today and if we did "that" (it could have been a different story). We are not sure if we can show "that" in a rematch. Well, we also don’t know how the company’s thing goes. Members of the Executive Committee may have a thing. We will ask for a rematch. Yet, we lost the defending opportunity and can’t make any excuses. It is totally a responsibility of the manager.’

-- You mean, there was a wrong decision making today?

Taguchi:
‘Yes. I as a manager, well, didn’t make a good decision. I probably relied too much on Nakanishi’

-- Do you have resignation in mind?

Taguchi:
‘No. Not in my mind. I don’t have any thoughts like that as of now. I try to develop ‘Taguchi Japan’ to a recognizable level and (if those who are in) upper (positions) want to find a new manager, then I will pass down "Taguchi Japan" (to the next management).’

-- So, you don’t intend to quit?

Taguchi:
‘Well, unless I get fired…’

-- The series is now over. Do you plan to report to the owner?

Taguchi:
‘Well… The owner may be… I guess the owner has been watching us, so, I don’t know. What more would he want?’

-- Dismissal?

Taguchi:
‘What? Dismissal? (It would be possible) if more than half agrees. I think it will be all up to Nakanishi and Tanahashi. If we could just go out there and be comfortable… I think all three of us lacked some sleep.’

-- Is that a problem with the manager?

Taguchi:
‘For not overlooking the members? Then dismissal?’

-- Then dismissal…

Taguchi:
‘There is about one reporter who wants to see me dismissed.’

-- That is not what I meant.

Taguchi:
‘Well, you fall six times but you get back up nine times. I have only fallen once. I have five more to go. I think we still entertained them and that is what is all about. Expect more from "Taguchi Japan"!’
